Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – April 23 – 29, 2017
Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY during the last full week of April. There were eight new listings this week. However, when factoring in the homes that went under contract or were temporarily taken off the market, the inventory levels only increased slightly. The number homes on the market went from 100 last week to 103 this week. Inventory remains low for the Monroe NY area.
