Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – August 19 – 25, 2018

During the past week, five new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. However, total inventory decreased from 138 to 134 available homes. There is still a lot of activity in the Monroe market. In the past week, eight homes went under contract, and five now have an accepted offer. If you are considering selling, it remains a great time as demand is still high.
