Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – Jan 29 – Feb 4, 2017
Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY between January 29th and February 4th, 2017. There were seven new listings this week. Even with those adds, inventory in Monroe remains low. As of February 6th, there are only 85 houses on the market. While that might sound like a lot, it’s actually the lowest level in at least the last five years. In fact, there have been months during that time period where there were at over 180 homes on the market so we are currently significantly lower.
Between January 29th and February 4th, seven new listings were added to Monroe real estate inventory as follows:
446 Round Lake Park Road, MLS #4700120, listed at $144,500. This ranch home is located in the Round Lake Park area, with access to the lake and beach area. The home contains three bedrooms and one bath in 852 square feet. The home sits on a quarter acre with a driveway. Please note this house cannot be viewed until after an offer is accepted, and it is listed as a dangerous structure needing total renovation.
41 School Road, MLS #4703750, listed at $204,900. This property is another ranch home, with a driveway and all rooms on one floor. There are two bedrooms, one bath, and 912 square feet with nearly a third an acre of property. This home does have an updated kitchen with stainless appliances, a renovated bathroom, hardwood floors and a walkout basement with wood stove that could be finished for extra space.
151 Hilltop Road, MLS #4704033, listed at $220,000. This bilevel ranch home is a foreclosed property which needs repairs and updating. The good news is that this home has three bedrooms, three baths, more than half an acre of property, and nearly 2,300 square feet of living space. In addition, there is a 2 car garage and central air conditioning. This house is also convenient to gas stations and shopping.
123 Neptune Drive, MLS #4704021, listed at $319,900. Another bi-level/split ranch home has come on the market. This home has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and nearly 2,000 square feet of living space. The kitchen has been updated with granite counters and an island, ceramic tile and stainless steel appliances. The basement is a full finished walkout with access to a paved patio, and the house has central air conditioning and a two-car garage.
1 Pinehurst Circle, MLS #4703723, listed at $424,900. This three bedroom, three and a half bath townhouse is located in the Mansion Ridge development. The 2,500 square foot home has three levels, and is a corner lot with mountain views. There are beautiful wood floors, a main floor master suite, an eat in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a full finished lower level. Central air conditioning and a two-car garage and driveway round out the home features.
12 Rosmini Lane, MLS #4702336, listed at $449,900. This two story Victorian home in the Fairway Estates development is on the market for the first time since it was built in 1989. Its four bedrooms, three baths and 2,800 square feet of living space are on about two-thirds of an acre of land. The home includes central air conditioning, central vacuum, hardwood flooring, a chef’s kitchen, a bridal staircase at the front entrance and more. This home is close to town and all shopping options.
15 Surrey Lane, MLS #4703169, listed at $499,999. This five bedroom, three and a half bath Colonial home in the village of Harriman has nearly 2,000 square feet of property, or 2,400 if the basement is included. There is a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, central vacuum and air conditioning, and a one car garage and driveway.
