During the past week, five new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total available inventory decreased slightly from 139 to 137 available homes. The market remains relatively balanced, with some homes selling quickly. Buyers also continue to have a healthy choice of inventory. It’s a great time to buy or sell.
