Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – June 3 – 9, 2018
During the past week, four new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total available inventory decreased slightly from 115 to 113 available homes. After several weeks of large amounts of new inventory coming onto the market, this past week was relatively quiet in terms of new homes. It remains an excellent time to both buy and sell!

The home was built in 1900. There is an unfinished basement, scuttle attic and driveway. This is a foreclosure, and the property is being sold by auction. Showings are not available.
3 Coffey Road, MLS #4825497, listed at $789,900. This six bedroom, three bath colonial home has ~4,200 square feet of living space and an acre of land. The home has oak and tile flooring and a 20′ x 40′ sunroom with skylights. The kitchen has granite counters and the family room has marbled wall and fireplace. There are two walk-in closets in the master bedroom, as well as whirlpool tub in bath. There are two garages, one with parking for four and one with parking for three.
