Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – May 6 – 12, 2018
During the past week, six new (and still available) single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. At the same time, total available inventory dropped slightly from 89 to 87 available homes. During the same timeframe, 11 homes went under contract. The Monroe NY market remains a sellers market. This is an excellent time to sell!
