Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – September 23 – 29, 2018
During the past week, nine new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total inventory increased from 136 to 143 available homes. The local market remains balanced which means it is still a great time to both sell and buy. If you do either, you can be in your new home by the holidays!
