Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – September 9 – 15, 2018
As with last week, seven new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY during the past seven days. Total available inventory increased slightly from 136 to 137 available homes. The market remains balanced. That means it is still a great time to both sell and buy!
Following is more information about this week’s new listings:
42 Heaton Road, MLS #4842896, listed at $145,000. This two bedroom, one bath cottage has 484 square feet of living space. The home has access rights to Walton Lake. Also included are an enclosed porch, full attic for storage, front porch and driveway.
3 Boyles Court, MLS #4841812, listed at $239,000. This four bedroom, one and a half bath capecod home has 1,148 square feet and a full acre of land. Outside is parking and a level lawn.

25 Clark Lane, MLS #4843147, listed at $304,900. This four bedroom, two bath raised ranch home has 1,700 square feet and about a third acre of land. 27 Clark Lane, MLS #4843155, listed at $325,000. Also for sale is a three bedroom, two bath raised ranch with 1,785 square feet of space and a third acre of land. 4 Lambros Drive, MLS #4842817, listed at $329,900. A four bedroom, three half bath contemporary home is also for sale. The 2,620 square feet include hardwood floors, kitchen with granite countertops, dining room and fireplace. Outside is a three car garage, in-ground pool with waterfall feature, outdoor fireplace, stone patio and driveway. This is a foreclosure, and it does need work.
214 Cromwell Hill Road, MLS #4842307, listed at $575,000. This home is a five bedroom, two bath colonial with 4,548 square feet and 1.3 acres of land. The property includes the main home which has 3,200 square feet, and a separate building with four rental units. The main home includes central air conditioning, a kitchen with granite counters, hardwood floors, a formal dining room, living room, family room and four seasons room. The property also includes a balcony and patio.
