Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – November 25 – December 1, 2018
During the past week, five new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. During the same time period, total inventory decreased slightly from 121 to 120 available homes. The market can still be considered balanced at this point. That being said, inventory typically does start to decrease this time of year, and a seller’s market might be close behind. The market is still great for both buyers and sellers.
