Selling? If you are selling land, your agent will consult with you on ways to ensure your land is prepared and priced properly and that the selling attributes are highlighted well. If you are selling a home, she/he will do the same and will also provide tips to ensure your home is readied properly for sale. Based on current market trends and working with you, she/he can come up with strategies to meet your specific timing and pricing needs.
Buying? Your agent will help you through the end-to-end transaction. Whether you are buying land or a home, you and your agent will start by making sure you have the right documents in place to make an offer, including your pre-approval or proof of funds. They will work diligently with you, helping you to find the right property that meets your needs. And they will continue to be by your side until (and even after) the deed is in your name.
