This means I am an active real estate broker in the Kalispell area, but if you need a listing agent or buyers agent to help you sell or buy property, I will put you in contact with an experienced and excellent agent who can help you. This is true in the Kalispell and Flathead Valley area, but also nationwide. I’ve loved being a feet-on-the-ground land and home real estate professional but am changing my life focus to allow me to spend more time helping in the community and working on our woodworking family business.

Here is what I did, and what your referred agent will do for you:

Selling? If you are selling land, your agent will consult with you on ways to ensure your land is prepared and priced properly and that the selling attributes are highlighted well. If you are selling a home, she/he will do the same and will also provide tips to ensure your home is readied properly for sale. Based on current market trends and working with you, she/he can come up with strategies to meet your specific timing and pricing needs.

Buying? Your agent will help you through the end-to-end transaction. Whether you are buying land or a home, you and your agent will start by making sure you have the right documents in place to make an offer, including your pre-approval or proof of funds. They will work diligently with you, helping you to find the right property that meets your needs. And they will continue to be by your side until (and even after) the deed is in your name.
