Whitetail Meadows Kalispell MT
Do you want to live at the base of the Swan mountains? Where the traffic is nearly non-existent? With lots of space to breath? And only be about twenty minutes from the center of Kalispell, and just as close to Bigfork? If yes, read on!
Whitetail Meadows is located east of Kalispell. Specifically, if you take Route 35 east for approximately 6 miles, make a left on Lake Blaine Road, continue about two miles, make a right on Creston Hatchery, you’re nearly there. The entire community has only 23 currently built or future homes. Each lot has five acres of space and most have at least 400′ of road frontage.
The community does have an HOA as well as CCRs (Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions). For example, some of the area rules include the following. The area does permit livestock and fowl to be raised, but no swine farms or feed lots. Homes must be at least 2,000 square feet in size. Unless approved, homes cannot be more than two stories in height. Subdivision of lots are not allowed. A maximum of six pets is allowed, of which four can be four-hoofed.
Whitetail Meadows is located at the base of the Swan mountains close to all the hiking the Jewel Basin offers. It’s approximately an hour from the Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort and an hour and 15 minutes from Blacktail Mountain skiing. The community is also only about 45 minutes from Glacier National Park. Whitetail Meadows is perfect for biking, running, horseback riding or any other outside activities.
And as with the rest of the Flathead Valley, there are mountain ranges to be seen and explored in the west, north and east. The only way for you to experience it is to come see!
