Take Airport Road to Patrick Creek Road. After two miles the road splits – go right. Make first left near house on stilts. Take next right that is going in the same direction as you are. Keep going until you reach a gate, then go left. Continue up that road until you see the arrow sign – go right, and you’ll see the for sale sign at the edge of the Emmons Canyon property. Use OnX Hunt for property lines.
This property would be great for someone who wants seclusion. You can build or do whatever you like in this area. Perhaps you have the means to helicopter in and out from your summer retreat. Or winter in your dream home with a cold weather all terrain vehicle ready to get you to your car that is parked a few miles down the road.
