This past week, my sellers handed over the keys to their beautifully maintained three bedroom, three bath Colonial home to the new buyers. The sellers had lived in (and loved) their home for twenty-five years, but were ready to move on.

The new owners will now be able to enjoy summers on their outdoor deck or in their three-season room having a wonderful meal before jumping into the pool! They can spend wonderful winter evenings relaxing on the couch in front of the woodturning fireplace. The home is now theirs!
