New company — same area and same commitment to service!

I am thrilled to announce I am moving my business to Grand Lux Realty, Inc., a Westchester-based real estate company. Although my official office will be in Westchester, I will continue to be physically located in Monroe NY. I will also continue to serve clients in both the Orange County and Rockland County areas.

So why Grand Lux Realty, Inc?

Grand Lux is a boutique firm similar to larger franchise companies, but also uniquely different.

If you are a seller, I can still market your property on the Multiple Listing Service as well as hundreds of other websites (Zillow, Homes.com, etc). I will still ensure your home is listed with quality photos, videos, postcards and my own marketing style. I will host open houses if you would like. My attentive level of service will still be all yours.

For both my buyer and seller clients, I will continue to make service to you my only priority! I will be there to help you through the listing and/or showings, negotiations, inspections, contracts, appraisals, mortgage process, walkthroughs and closings. I will be as responsive as ever, via email, text and phone.

What is different?

As for what will be different. Grand Lux Realty is a husband and wife run business which provides more opportunity for customization of service to clients. For example, for sellers, Grand Lux offers a flexible commission system that takes into account that not every seller has the same needs and goals. One size does not fit all. There is also a proprietary property valuation tool that Grand Lux professionals use to take the guesswork out of determining market value for a specific home. This is a tool that helps both buyers and sellers specifically target the right price point in the ever-changing market.

The bottom line is that this move will be a beneficial change!

I am excited about the new environment, and am looking forward to my next announcement which will be related to the Homes for Heroes program.
