Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – June 24 – 30, 2018

During the past week, three new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total available inventory increased slightly from 118 to 120 available homes. While inventory has been rising during the last month or two, there are still fewer homes than needed. Multiple offers are still common. It remains a great time to sell.

Outside is a two car garage, heated in-ground pool, hot tub, deck and private yard.
