The outlets are located on 498 Red Apple Court in Central Valley, NY, a mere 10 minutes from the center of Monroe, and right off the NY State Thruway (exit 16).  This is such a popular destination that there are also buses available from the NY Port Authority, Newark airport, east Manhattan, and other locations.
