I am thrilled to have become an affiliate for Homes for Heroes. When heroes work with Homes for Heroes affiliate real estate specialists, they receive Hero Rewards. For buyers:

If you are a buyer, this program will provide you with a check about a week after your closing. The amount is dependent upon your sale price. For example, if you were purchasing a home at a price of $200K, you would receive a check in the amount of $1,400. A $300K home would result in a Homes for Heroes check of $2,100. In addition to receiving a check after closing, if you work with a Homes for Heroes affiliate lender, you will receive discounts from them as well.

For sellers:

If you are selling a home, you will receive a 25% return of your listing-side commission at closing. It’s that simple!

Why?

As the mother (and step-mother) of an Army specialist who served in Kuwait and Baghdad, an active Army Military Police Captain who is currently serving in Afghanistan, and another who is a previous Navy officer, I am well aware of the sacrifices entailed by military life. My deceased dad was an Air Force veteran and also a New York State Trooper, and I have several friends and previous clients who are in the police force. I also have a family member who is a firefighter. All those who dedicate their lives to helping others, and in many cases, saving others, deserve a thank you. And what better way for me to say thank you, than to make your home buying or selling process a smooth one, and provide you a financial benefit at the end!

These benefits are my way of saying thank you for all you do in service of others. There are no income requirements or other specific thresholds you must meet in order to participate. All you need to do is call me or go online, register for the service and you’re ready to go.

I can assist anywhere in Orange County or Rockland County. That said, there are specific areas I will be personally visiting to share more information about the program. Those areas are Greenwood Lake, Cornwall, New Windsor and Southfields (Orange County) and Suffern, Sloatsburg, Stony Point and Tomkins Cove (Rockland County). April 2019 Update: My affiliation with Homes for Heroes is ending in April 2019 (for now). It’s a GREAT organization that helps Heroes with selling and purchasing homes. However, due to the lack of Homes for Heroes agent vacancies in the area I am moving to, I will no longer be a H4H affiliate. To the heroes I have helped, thank you for letting me assist you!
