Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – August 20-26, 2017
Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY during the week of August 20 – 26, 2017. There were six new listings. At the same time, the total number of available listings in Monroe NY fell from 100 to 93. Another interesting data point is that there are currently 57 homes in Monroe under contract.
