Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – August 5 – 11, 2018

During the past week, five new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total inventory remained steady (from 143 to 144) in terms of available homes. The Monroe area remains a relatively balanced market, one that provides options for buyers, and less buyer competition for each home.

3 Ashmore Place, MLS #4837849, listed at $289,900. A four bedroom, two and a half bath colonial with ~2,450 square feet and a half acre of land is also available. The Maple Knolls home includes hardwood flooring, an eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, mudroom with washer and dryer and storage space. In addition, there is a family room with brick fireplace and living room with triple windows. Outside is a level backyard, two car garage and driveway.

366 Harriman Heights Road, MLS #4835938, listed at $299,900. This three bedroom, two and a half bath ranch home has ~1,750 square feet and 1.3 acres of land. The home has central air conditioning, hardwood flooring, an eat-in kitchen with island, laundry room and full walkout basement. Outside is a two car garage, driveway, and level yard.
