Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – January 21-27, 2018
Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY during the week of January 21st through 27th, 2018. There were seven new listings added. You might think that means the amount of available inventory also increased but that’s not the case. During the same week, the total number of available homes in Monroe NY dropped from 79 to 71, as 11 homes went under contract. It has been nearly eight years since inventory has been this low.
