Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – July 15 – 21, 2018
During the past week, nine new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total available inventory increased slightly from 134 to 139 available homes. The Monroe area has been moving from a seller’s market to a balanced market. The past few weeks might have officially moved us into a market that provides more options for buyers, and less competition for each home.
