During the past week, thirteen new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total inventory increased from 137 to 143 available homes. The Monroe area seems to have reached a balanced market, one that provides options for buyers, and less buyer competition for each home.

Because there are so many new homes this week, I’m going to display the information differently. Rather than providing a detailed description of each home and its amenities, I will only include very high level information on each home.
