During the past week, seventeen (!) new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total available inventory increased from 123 to 134 available homes. The Monroe area has been moving from a seller’s market to a balanced market recently. This week might have officially moved us into a market that provides more options for buyers, and less competition for each home.
