Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – May 21 to 27, 2017
Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY during the past week. There were twelve new listings added over the last seven days. The number of new listings coming on the market is finally starting to outpace the number going under contract. Inventory levels in Monroe NY have increased from 105 in my last report to 112 as of May 28th. With more balanced inventory levels, it’s still a great time to both sell and buy.
The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory this week were:
40 Amy Todt Drive, MLS #4724214, listed at $202,000. This foreclosed colonial home has three bedrooms and two and a half baths in ~1,800 square feet.
