22 Roe Circle, MLS #4750364, listed at $329,500. This bi-level style home has four bedrooms and three full baths with ~1,850 square feet. The home is located in the village of Monroe and is close to all the village has to offer. In addition, the home has hardwood floors, a master suite with full bath, alarm system, two car garage and family room with pellet stove. Outside, the property contains a fenced in back yard, heated in-ground pool and hot tub.
34 Irene Drive, MLS #4750092, listed at $1,260,000. This five bedroom, two and a half bath colonial has 2,940 square feet and an acre of property. The home has a back deck, level lawn, and wood flooring. No other information was provided.
