Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory – November 4 – November 10, 2018
During the past week, no new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total inventory decreased slightly from 128 to 125 available homes. The market can still be considered balanced since there are nearly six months of inventory available. This remains a great time for both sellers and buyers!
Each week I include a description of any home that came on the market as a new listing. If a home has already been on the market and then the listing expired (or was taken off temporarily for some reason) and then it comes back on the market, I don’t include those. These weekly posts are intended to highlight new inventory that buyers or sellers might not have already seen, which is why I don’t include them.
During the past week, for example, there were no brand new listings. That being said, there were four listings that “reappeared” on the market. Three had expired and are now back on. One was a short sale that was taken off the market for a few months and is now back as a foreclosure.
