This home is in the village of Monroe and is close to everything the area has to offer. This home is listed as one that “needs work and is sold as is.” No other details were provided.

TBD Stage Road, MLS #4850831, listed at $499,900. This listing is for three new construction homes that will be built in the village of Monroe. All will be colonial homes with four bedrooms, three full baths, hardwood flooring, a kitchen with granite counters, a formal dining room and butler’s pantry. There will be a master suite with walk-in closet and a bath with tiled shower and claw foot tub. In addition, the three homes will have central air conditioning, a two car garage, driveway and an unfinished walk-out basement.

TBD Rye Hill Road, MLS #4850829 and 4850029, listed at $499,900. This listing is for the other two new construction homes described above (the homes are located where Stage Road and Rye Hill road meet).
