This is an update to my post from a few weeks ago where I indicated available inventory in Monroe was low. It’s even lower now! As of February 2016, buyers in Monroe NY have little choice when it comes to finding the right home. As can be seen by the below, inventory has significantly declined.

September 13, 2016 update: There are currently only 107 available homes in the town of Monroe. Of those, 6 have accepted offers but are not under contract yet. More homes are needed!
